The Fire Behind NY BBQ Guys
Welcome to my fire-fueled world of smoke, steel, and serious flavor. I’m an Asador and pitmaster with a deep passion for live fire cooking — from Santa Maria-style grilling to low-and-slow sessions on custom-built smokers.
What started as a love for good food and great company has grown into a full-blown obsession with open-fire BBQ. Whether it’s Wagyu Tri-Tip, Tomahawk Ribeyes, Ibérico pork, or smoked ribs glazed in Guinness, every cook is about honoring tradition, pushing flavor, and sharing the experience.
I cook over custom Santa Maria grills and reverse flow smokers — many of them built from the ground up, right here at NY BBQ Guys. I also work with artisan tools and knives, because when you’re working with great meat, every detail counts.
From weekend Asados to full-scale feasts, my table is always surrounded by friends, family, and fire.
